We track three key metrics to understand how well your business is performing. Sellers who consistently hit these numbers unlock more orders, better visibility, and access to Top-Rated Supplier status.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

1. Fulfillment Rate: > 95%

What it means: At least 95% of the items buyers order from you are successfully fulfilled.

  • What you gain: Buyers who receive complete orders come back. A high fulfillment rate builds your reputation on the platform and increases the chances of your products being selected over competitors.
  • How to get there: Keep your stock file accurate and up to date. If your inventory changes frequently, our Live URL or API integrations can automate this — so you never miss a sale due to outdated stock.

2. Time to Ship: Within Lead Times

What it means: Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within the lead times you specified.

  • What you gain: Fast, reliable shipping is one of the strongest drivers of repeat orders on Qogita. Buyers plan their own inventory around your dispatch times — and sellers who ship on time consistently earn more reorders.
  • How to get there: Confirm quantities quickly, pack securely, and generate labels without delay so carriers can schedule next-day pickup.

3. Claim Rate: < 1%

What it means: Less than 1% of your orders result in a claim from a buyer (damaged, incorrect, or missing items).

  • What you gain: A low claim rate reflects that buyers are receiving exactly what they ordered — the right products, in perfect condition. Maintaining it below 1% protects your reputation on the platform and reduces the risk of order restrictions or account-level review.
  • How to get there: Use sturdy, double-walled boxes, add internal padding, and always verify you are shipping the exact GTIN ordered. Shipments packed to Qogita's packaging guidelines are also insured and do not count towards your claims factor.

Hit Your Metrics — Then Aim for Top-Rated

Sellers who consistently meet these three metrics are rewarded with more exposure and more orders. But the real prize is Top-Rated Supplier status — one of the most commercially valuable badges on the platform.

Top-Rated Suppliers are actively promoted to buyers, appear higher in search results, and are trusted by Qogita's largest and most demanding buyers. Only 40–50 sellers hold this status at any time, which means buyers treat the badge as a genuine mark of quality.

To qualify, you need to exceed the standard thresholds over a rolling 30-day window:

  • Fulfillment Rate: ≥ 98%
  • Time to Ship: ≥ 95% of orders within your lead times
  • Claim Rate: ≤ 3%

Every improvement to your operations — accurate stock, careful packing, fast dispatch — moves you closer to the top of the platform.
