Regenerating a Shipping Label
Sometimes you'll need a fresh shipping label after the original one has already been created — most often when a parcel comes back to you and needs to be reshipped. The good news: you can regenerate a Ship with Qogita (SWQ) label yourself, at any time, directly in the Seller Portal. You don't need to wait for us to reset anything.
Regenerating a label automatically overrides the old label(s) and reschedules carrier pickup for the next working day, so the previous label becomes void once the new one is created.
How to Regenerate a Label
- Go to the order in your Seller Portal that needs a new label.
- In the "Step 2: Create shipping label — Ship with Qogita" section, click Edit.
- Re-enter your package details — dimensions (Length, Width, Height), weight, and number of boxes — exactly as the parcel is now packed. Confirm the Dangerous Goods declaration while you're here.
- Click Confirm and download label(s).

- Your new label is generated instantly, and the carrier pickup is automatically scheduled for the next working day. Print it, attach it clearly to the outside of each box, and have the parcel ready for collection.
You are replacing an existing label. Once you confirm, the original label is no longer valid — only ship using the newly generated one.
When Do You Need to Regenerate a Label?
- A parcel has come back to you. This is the most common case. If a shipment is returned to your location (failed delivery, refused, or damaged in transit) and needs to be reshipped, regenerate a fresh label for the same order.
- You entered the wrong package details. If you made a mistake in the dimensions, weight, or number of boxes on the original label, regenerate with the correct details so the carrier books the right service.
- You repacked the order. If you split the order into a different number of boxes, or moved from boxes to a pallet (or vice versa), the label needs to reflect the new packaging.
- The Dangerous Goods declaration was wrong. If you forgot to declare DG (e.g. perfumes, aerosols, batteries, cleaning products) — or declared it when you shouldn't have — regenerate so the correct label and any legally required paperwork are produced. See the ADR Dangerous Goods page if you're unsure.
- The label was lost, damaged, or won't print. If the original label is unreadable or you can't retrieve it, simply regenerate a clean copy.
Changing the Shipping Address
If the label needs to change because the delivery address is wrong, you can't edit the buyer's address yourself in the portal. Contact us at success@qogita.com first — we'll correct the address on our side, and once that's done you can regenerate the label using the steps above.
