Receiving & Fulfilling Orders
Receiving a new order
Every time you receive a new order from Qogita you will receive an email summarising the key information.
You can also view full details of the order on the Seller Portal. A full list of active orders are displayed on the ‘Current Orders’ page as well as a reminder of new and expiring orders on the ‘Dashboard’ page.
Fulfilling a new order
We require you to fulfil your order within 3 working days. If you are unable to meet this deadline, your order will automatically expire. You can win more orders if you fulfil quicker than 3 working days. Our best Sellers fulfil each order between 1 and 2 working days.
Allowing orders to expire repeatedly will result in your account being paused and no new orders being allocated to you. Make sure to respond to orders as quickly as possible to avoid this.
Here’s a quick guide to fulfilling your order:
Step 1: Confirm Quantities
When entering the order detail page, please review the order details summary on the right hand side.
If you are unable to fulfil some of the items, please adjust the quantity accordingly and enter a reduction reason when prompted.
Do not substitute out-of-stock items with similar items.
If you are unable to fulfil the order, please decline the order. Declining orders will effect your success metrics found on the insights page and may lead to your account being paused. To avoid declining orders, keep stock as up to date as possible and respond to orders as quickly as possible.
Step 2: Shipping
Please pack the order. Ensure everything is packed securely, following Qogita’s packaging guidelines.
Once packed, please input shipping details into the portal. Qogita offers two shipping options; ship with Qogita and ship yourself. Ship with Qogita is the preferred option, more information can be found here.
Step 3 - Upload documents
Add any additional documents associated with the order, this step is optional. Once everything is completed trigger the payment. You will be paid securely within seconds, please ship the order immediately after. We will send you an email to confirm when payment has been completed.
Once payment has been completed, the system will generate an invoice which can be downloaded on the completed order page.
