Managing your Inventory
Sending your inventory to Qogita frequently and consistently will help you win more orders on the platform and grow your business. Please check our Terms & Conditions for more information on the quality of the stock that we expect.
You can send us your stock via email, or through a live URL. The quick start table below should help you get set up:

By Email
During the onboarding process, we will ask you to send us a copy of your latest stock file:
- Send Qogita your inventory daily. You can do this easily by adding us to your mailing list
- We will review this stock file and use it to see how you organise your columns. We also note the email address you sent the stock file from
- Every time you email us your stock file, our system will read the file and add your products onto our website
Please ensure the format of your stock file is consistent and is being sent from the same email address every time. If you change the way you send us your stock (e.g. alter the column headers or alter the email address you send us the stock file from), we will not be able to read your file, and your products will not be visible on our website. This means you will not be allocated any new orders. If there are instances when you need to change the format of how you send us your stock list, please get in touch with our team.
If we do not see updated stock files on our system for 3 business days, our system will automatically pause your stock until a new file has been received.
By live URL
If you are able to generate a live URL for your stock file, we ask you to do the following;
- Send Qogita the URL.
- Always keep the URL live.
- Let us know if your feed has any credentials. We will need to know these in order to access your feed .
- Let us know if you change or pause the feed link.
At any point, if you need to alter the way you share your stock with us, please let us know so we can update in our system.
Viewing your Inventory
You can view your stock on the “Inventory” page of the portal. The following information is visible for all of your products that are live on our website.
- Product Name(s)
- Unit Size
- Unit Price
- Quantity in Stock
FAQs
How do I know my stock list is live?
Everything you see on the Inventory page is live on Qogita.
Why are some of my items not uploaded onto Qogita?
We only upload items to Qogita that we have information for (i.e. product image and other related data). When we receive new items, it may take a few days to gather information to show these items on Qogita.
Why is the price in my inventory page different to the price on Qogita’s website
The price on the inventory page is your price per unit of the item. The price on the Qogita website is the most competitive offer we have for this item from all our sellers.
Why has my description changed on Qogita?
The description, image and other product data you see in the Inventory page is generated by Qogita and is how the item looks on the Qogita website.
