These requirements apply in addition to Qogita’s standard Packaging & Labelling Rules as outlined here. They are mandatory for all Enterprise sales.

Standard Box Sizes

  • Small: 40 × 20 × 30 cm
  • Medium: 40 × 40 × 30 cm
  • Large: 60 × 40 × 30 cm

❗ Only these carton sizes may be used.

GTIN Packing Standard

  • Each box must contain one GTIN only.
  • If a box cannot be filled with one GTIN, multiple GTINs may be packed together, but they must be clearly separated using dividers, inserts, or protective material.

Box-Level Packing List

Each box must have a printed packing list securely affixed to the outside of the carton.

  • Packing list must be printed (not handwritten) and fully legible.
  • Place it on the largest flat side of the box, not covered by tape or wrapping.

Packing list must include:

  • Order Number
  • Seller Name
  • Box Number
  • GTIN(s)
  • Product Description(s)
  • Units
  • Layer (if applicable)
  • Pallet (if applicable)

Example:

Order Number: 225313019

Seller Name: Perfume Company SRL

Box Number: 6

Pallet: 1  Layer (if applicable): 2

Consolidated Packing List

In addition to box-level lists, sellers are strongly encouraged to upload a consolidated packing list for the full order via the Seller Portal before dispatch.

The consolidated list should:

  • Reference the order number and seller name.
  • Provide a breakdown of all boxes in the order, including box numbers and their itemised contents.
