Accessing Your Qogita Seller Account
Welcome to Qogita! Before you can start managing your inventory and fulfilling orders, you need to activate your account and set up your login credentials.
Follow the steps below to access your Seller Portal for the first time.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Set your password Navigate to the password reset page, enter your account email, and check your inbox for the reset link. Click it, create a secure password, and confirm it.
Step 2: Log in and complete first-time setup Go to the Qogita Seller Portal and log in. On your first login you'll be prompted to verify your email and phone number via SMS, then accept the Seller Terms and Conditions. Complete both to access the portal.
Step 3: Add your stock files Go to Price Lists and upload all your stock files — this is what makes your inventory visible to buyers. See Types of Stock Updates for a full guide.
Step 4: Complete your profile Go to My Profile and confirm your company details, payment information, and shipping setup.
