At Qogita, we want to make your wholesale processes as easy- and efficient as possible. This is why we’ve introduced ‘Ship with Qogita’ - a tool to help you easily create shipping labels, and customs documentation for all your Qogita orders! The benefits to you can be found below:
- Rapidly create shipping labels-, and customs documentation for all your Qogita orders.
- Ship everywhere within Europe (including GB), without having to maintain carrier-relationships yourself!
- Our Operations team handles in-transit carrier-queries and claims!
- Qogita manages all carrier-payments, leaving you with less administration.
- Shipments are covered under Qogita’s transit insurance, as long as the packaging complies with the Qogita Packaging requirements.
- It is free to use.
How to get access
- Reach out to success@qogita.com, they will guide you through the process of setting up this service.
- Review Qogita’s packaging guidelines and ensure you can comply with the Dangerous Guidelines.
- Tool unlocked, enjoy the benefits!
How it works
- Pack the order per the Qogita packaging requirements.
- Book the shipping label through ‘Ship with Qogita’.
- Indicate wether you’re shipping boxes- or a pallet.
- Enter the package-dimensions.
- Indicate wether the shipment contains Dangerous Goods, per ADR Dangerous standards.
- Schedule a pickup for the same- or next day.
- Confirm and download label!
- Attach the shipping label(s) to the shipment
- Our carrier will come by to pick up the shipment.
- Shipments in-transit will be managed by Qogita.
Currently, Qogita does not offer this service for pallet-shipments
Customs documentation is (where applicable) automatically generated and digitally attached, shipments only need to have a shipping label.
Please ensure all boxes are scanned by the driver at the moment of pickup, or obtain proof of pickup from the carrier. If a shipment gets lost before being scanned by the carrier, the Seller is liable to reship the items at their expense.
